Zoë is responsible for accelerating the adoption of digital in the Insights businesses in Kantar (Kantar TNS and Kantar Millward Brown).
In this capacity, she is responsible for driving change within the organisation and better equip teams to guide clients on their marketing challenges in a digital world. Her specific focus is on building capabilities, ensuring the effective commercialisation of the offer, and developing abilities to work with new data sources.
Zoë has been with Kantar since 2010, and has held a number of different roles, initially in global marketing for Kantar TNS and since 2014 in the APAC region. Throughout her time with Kantar, she has been involved in shaping thought leadership around the connected consumer.
Prior to Kantar, Zoë established a strong background leading international PR and marketing programmes on a global and regional level to help brands achieve impact with their key target audiences and ultimately, drive sales.
She spent eight years with WPP PR consultancy, Hill + Knowlton Strategies, and worked internationally with a range of clients from the technology and media sectors. Earlier in her career, she worked for the advertising agencies Publicis and D’Arcy.
Zoë regularly speaks at events and is a frequent commentator in media. In 2017, she was acknowledged by Campaign Asia-Pacific who gave her a ‘Technology Leader’ award, in their Women Leading Change Awards, recognising women who have worked to ignite positive change.
